How Playbooks Work

Playbooks are templates attached to rules. When an incident is created, the assigned playbook provides your team with a structured response plan.

Creating a Playbook

1. Go to Dashboard → Playbooks
2. Click "New Playbook"
3. Add steps with descriptions and expected actions
4. Assign to one or more rules

Playbook Steps

Each step has a title, description, and can be marked as completed by the responder. Steps can include links, code snippets, and escalation instructions.
